Esti Bae Jae requires that guests cancel within 48 hours. Should a client cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service fee. Arriving more than 15 mins late will result in cancellation & the card on file will be charged for 50% of the scheduled price.There are no service refunds, all service sales and deposits are final.
